Terms of Sale
By submitting an order and accepting delivery of Klandestine Mind course material you will be deemed to have accepted the following terms and conditions.
- All rights reserved. No part of the Klandestine Mind course material may be reproduced or transmitted, in any form or by any means without the prior permission in writing of Drawbridge (Aberdeen) Ltd, or as expressly permitted by law, or under terms agreed with the appropriate reprographics rights organisation. Enquiries concerning reproduction outside the scope of the above should be sent Drawbridge (Aberdeen) Ltd.

Hard copy versions of the course will only be shipped to United Kingdom addresses.

Clients who elect to purchase the Klandestine Mind course in 10 monthly parts are required to give 7 days notice via email to sales@klandestine.com to cancel their subscription.

Clients who purchase the complete hard copy version of the Klandestine Mind course may apply for a full refund if the course material supplied is returned to Klandestine within 7 days of receipt. (See Returns below)

Clients who purchase the hard copy or e-copy version of the Klandestine Mind course in monthly parts can only claim a refund for the first lesson. The course material must be returned to Klandestine within 7 days of receipt. (See Returns below)
Reserved Right
We reserve the right not to accept your order, in which case we will not have any further obligation to you.
Accepting your Order
WorldPay will notify you by email when your order has been submitted and payment has been accepted. Your account will be debited on our behalf by WorldPay, of the appropriate amount in full on acceptance and completion of your order. We will be deemed not to have accepted your order until your account has been debited. The sale of the products will occur at the place and the time that particular products are allocated to your order.
Delivery
Hard Copy
Delivery charges of all hard copies of courses are absorbed in the cost of the product. Our obligation is to deliver the products at the U.K. delivery address you have specified in your order. We will not despatch the products until we have confirmation that your payment has been successfully accepted. Delivery is not available on public holidays. We may use an independent carrier to deliver your goods. If there is no one to accept the delivery of your order a card will be left by the carrier so you can arrange a delivery time, directly with the carrier. Ultimately, if the carrier is unable to deliver your order it will be returned to us and you will be charged for it to be re-despatched.
In the event that we are unable to complete an order due to unforeseen product shortages, a full refund will be provided if the payment has already been processed. You will be contacted to be informed of the situation.
Automatic E-mail of Course (E-copy)
Email orders will be sent shortly after your payment has been processed. No email will be sent until full payment has been accepted. Our obligation is to email the product to the email address that you have specified when registering on the site. Drawbridge (Aberdeen) Ltd accept no responsibility for courses that are emailed to a wrong or invalid email address - the address that you have specified will be used, so please ensure that it is correct and valid. Drawbridge (Aberdeen) Ltd do not accept responsibility for emails that are returned due to insufficient space in the receivers inbox. It is the responsibility of the receiver to ensure that their inbox has sufficient space to accept the email with the course attachment at the time of purchase (as instructed on the site).
Returns
Our Return policy only applies to hard copies of our products. The goods must be returned to the address shown below. You must take reasonable care to ensure the goods are not damaged while in your possession or in transit. Once you have notified us that you are cancelling the contract, we will refund or re-credit you within 30 days for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods. If you do not return the goods as required, the Supplier may charge you a sum not exceeding the direct costs of recovering the goods.

Prices
All prices shown are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice, however clients will always be charged at rate advertised at the time of order acceptance. Any increase or decrease in prices will not apply to clients who are already subscribing to any of our courses.
Disclaimer
We at Klandestine are confident that anyone who follows the course as instructed will benefit immensly. However as we do not have any control over how the course is utilised by the individual we cannot accept any responsibility for the results obtained by course users.
